I’ve been super super busy. I have hundreds of photos stored on my computer, that were meant to be blog posts that never happened. I promise to do better. Promise.

So after stressing about getting a ring light for work, I finally gave in and got one. Because of the size and fragility of the ring light, shipping it to Nairobi costs almost as much as the light. For this post, I used the light for the second time, and I even posted videos on my instagram showing the huge difference lighting can make.

My model for this look is Monique, she’s a medical doctor, and a huge beauty enthusiast, so she let me run wild with my brushes.

 

This look was super chiseled and bold, and I absolutely love how it turned out.
