NYE inspired Makeup look.

2015 sped by! Wow! I’ve been so busy all month, I haven’t even thought to blog. December is wedding season, and with the kids being on vacation too, my hands have been full.

While I did a Christmas themed makeup look for the online magazine Lifestyle with Clara, believe me when I say I didn’t have the time or energy to go all out on Christmas day.

For me New year’s eve is a holiday that is super special. I got tons of makeup products and tools over this holiday season, and I have been itching to try some on myself. So here’s my New Year’s eve inspired makeup look, using some of my new favourites.

Sigma Beauty caused quite a ripple with their newly released Face Architechure brushes, I personally have the F77 (chisel and trim contour brush), F03 (high cheekbone highlighter), F57 (Emphasize contour), and F37(spotlight duster) brushes. The pink brushes are some of my personal brushes, while I’m not a girly girl, I chose to buy their coloured brushes for personal use.

After blush, I apply some highlighter with the sigma beauty F37 brush

Then it was time to play with some lip colour. Since I went with an intense smokey eye, I chose to pair it with a nude lip colour. I recently got the Ciku Beauty newly launched nude coloured lipsticks whirly girl, Rio, Flattery and Buh-bye. I settled for whirly girl for the final look.
