Photography Session. Part 1.

   This was such a fun Photoshoot! We had so many amazing photos, that it gave me an idea for a new blog! As I didn’t want to flood your timelines on my social media pages. This post will feature the model Star.

We switched this look up a bit with a bold red lipstick, to create the Second look.

For the 3rd and final look, I added a yummy green and gold eyeshadow smokey eye combo, and the look went from soft glam, to red carpet ready.

I had my personal shoot that day, so i had Makeup on too.

       Pictures were taken by Gabriel of Gabriel’s House of Photography, except for the first two which i took with my phone.

       Here’s a list of the products I Used-

 Eyes: 1st and 2nd looks- I used eyeshadows from Maccosmetics warm neutral palette. 3rd look- I used eyeshadows from the Sleek makeup Original palette (594). Eyeliner is Maybelline Eyestudio lasting drama gel in Black. Lashes are Ardell Demi wispies.

Lips: 1st look- I used rimmel London Lipstick in ‘Birthday Suit’. 2nd and 3rd looks- I used Dose of Colors matte lipstick in ‘kiss of fire’

Face: I used MAC studio fix foundation in NW 43, MAC studio fix powder also in NW 43, I highlighted with Ben nye powder in Banana.

    1. Thank you! I hope i can keep up with the quality of Gabriel’s photos in subsequent posts, but i really need to hone my photography skills, so it’s going to be Trial and error for a while.

  2. This is indeed The Lord’s doing and it is truly marvelous in my sight! Having known Joy for a while, I am inspired by the wonderful works of God. He gives gifts to His kids that are sometimes incredible. But glorious! So I rejoice in what He’s doing in you and where He’s taking you. The best is yet to come. Hollywood makeup artist.   3. Nice work! Love d cheek work & the red lips…. Keep it up. With bright and professional looking photos like the ones taken with your phone, you should plan on opening a photo studio as well.
